Advait is the CEO of KP Consulting, based in Pune, India. KP Consulting offers its consulting services in the areas including business strategy, performance management, profitability improvement using ABM, process, HR and IT consulting. Advait is a Certified Independent Director and is on the Board of Advisors of All India Institute of MBAs. He has also recently completed an advanced management programme on business strategy at the Wharton School in the USA and serves on the CII's Finance Panel for the Western Region. Advait is an acclaimed management consultant with expertise in the areas of Business Strategy, Balanced Scorecard and alignment of IT with business strategy. He can be called a Balanced Scorecard veteran in his own right, having directed over 200 Balanced Scorecard development projects for a wide variety of clients in India and abroad and is considered an authority in this area. Over the last decade, Advait has directed / led consulting teams successfully on a variety of projects across a range of industry sectors including banking, general engineering, automotive, retail, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, hospitality, media and advertising etc. He has handled consulting assignments Singapore, Middle East, West Asia, South Africa, UK, France and Germany. Advait is a Management Graduate (MMS) from Bombay University, and has done his engineering in Metallurgy / Material Science from IIT Bombay. He has over 15 years of valuable experience in industry and management consulting, having worked in leading organizations like Tata Motors, KPMG (A F Ferguson), PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and Cedar Consulting
